这种部分接入的主要目的，是减小三极管输出电阻rce对谐振阻抗及Q值的影响。 

设中周的中间点到直流电源点的圈数为n1，中周初级线圈总圈数为n2，变比n=n2/n1，当rce并连到n1线圈时，折算到n2线圈将是rce的n方倍，使谐振阻抗及Q值只有少量下降，保证了足够的电压放大倍数和选择性指标。 

早期的电子管收音机中，由于电子管的输出阻抗极大，根本不用考虑这个问题，所以在电子管电路中就不存在“接中周中间点”的接法。
